The latest IDEXX test results are in: Chiana is officially REGRESSIVE! Her numbers: 0.59 x 10⁶ = 590,000—well below the 1 million cutoff that separates progressive from regressive states. (We're using 25mgs of pediatric ISENTRESS® [raltegravir] for treatment.)

Using this information, my husband crunched some numbers to predict Chiana's possible future results:
- 82.2% drop: 90,980,000 ➡️ 16,180,000 in 3 months.
- 96.3% drop: 16,180,000 ➡️ 590,000 in 4 months.
Based on this trend, if we see ~80% reductions every three months, here's what could happen:
- January 2024: 590,000 ➡️ 118,000 (0.12 x 10⁶)
- April 2024: 118,000 ➡️ 23,600 (0.02 x 10⁶)
- May/June 2024: Undetectable range if the trend holds!
- July 2024: 23,600 ➡️ 4,720 (0.004 x 10⁶)
- October 2024: 4,720 ➡️ 944 (0.0009 x 10⁶)
- January 2025: 944 ➡️ 189 (0.0002 x 10⁶)
